Enjoy your time in this very special area. But do remember: these upland ecosystems are fragile! Many of the rivers and valleys are Sites of Special Scientific Interest not suited for motorised vehicles, and there is no uplands-wide litter collection system other than that provided by volunteers. Please

- take only photographs; and
- leave only footprints.
