Follow Nant Clywedog from the road to the Teifi, then the Teifi north to just northwest of Tregaron. That will then include the beautiful old bridge over the Teifi at Llanfair Clydogau, also follows a natural boundary, and provides the river itself with AONB protection.
The Afon Teifi is already designated as an SSSI and a SAC which should give environmental protection.
