# Staylittle; # Clywedog; At Staylittle, I think the boundary would be better following the minor road through Hafren Forest until it reaches Old Hall; that means it will be following the Afon Hafren/Severn from the main car park at Rhyd-y-benwch. This will still include significant recreational opportunities. At Old Hall, the boundary could follow a minor road SW to the A44 at Llanifyny and the Wye valley /Afon Gwy. The boundary can then follow the Wye Valley south towards Rhayader and Newbridge on Wye. This avoids including Bryn Blaen wind farm and several individual turbines in the Clywedog/Llangurig/Llanidloes area. It also means the necklace town of Llanidloes is excluded. ( I am not in favour of including towns as one of the key strengths of the Cambrians is tranquility; not roads and towns).
# Llanidloes; #Sychnant; #St Harmon; The natural topographic boundary here is the Wye Valley running all the way south to Newbridge on Wye. The chunk of land lying to the east (in my opinion) is not part of the Cambrians – the look and feel is different plus you will be including Bryn Titli wind farm (and also Rhiwlas and Banc Du Energy parks if these go ahead).
